During the course of any year, we have the opportunity to review the financial data available for dozens of dental practices. Our observation is that many could use some assistance in record keeping, reporting and analysis. Many seldom see a P&L, and those that do may not get any feedback as to whether the information is good or bad. Because of our experience in evaluating and valuing practices, we believe we can offer a valuable service, not only to potential brokerage clients but also to dentists just needing some management assistance. 1) QuickBooks General Ledger
2) Accounts Payable Management
3) Bank Statement Reconciliation
4) Payroll (Including Tax Payments and Reporting)
5) Profit and Loss (Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually)
6) Monitor Production, Collection, and A/R Reports
7) Personal Monthly Management Conference
Our monthly fee is 1% of gross revenues along with a one time setup fee. That fee will be based on the condition of your current records and the time required to make a conversion to our system and will be determined at the time of our initial (no charge) consultation.
